Air Astana Receives 5-Star Rating from APEX for the 6th Consecutive Year

Air Astana has been awarded the highest Five-Star rating by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) in the “Major Airlines” category. The airline has earned this prestigious recognition for the sixth year in a row. The award ceremony took place at the APEX/IFSA Global EXPO in California, United States.

Zhamilya Zhaxybekova, Manager of the Inflight Services Department at Air Astana, said in a statement:

“We are proud to once again receive APEX’s highest recognition. This award reflects the trust of our passengers and strengthens our commitment to continuously improving service and comfort on every flight.”

The APEX awards are based entirely on verified passenger feedback. In 2025, more than one million flights operated by nearly 600 airlines worldwide were evaluated within this framework.
